Terms and Conditions

1. Placing an Order
By placing an order on CanYouMakeTheLogoBigger.co and receiving an order confirmation from us, you enter into an agreement with:

Eligibility:
To transact with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Ordering Process:
- Select desired products and add them to your cart.
- Click “Place Order” and provide the required information (name, address, phone number, email, and shipping details if different from billing).
- Approve your order and accept these terms and conditions.
- Choose a payment method and provide the necessary payment information.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive an automated receipt. This receipt acknowledges that we have received your offer but does not constitute acceptance. If we accept your order, we will send an email confirmation.
Corrections:
If you need to amend details such as the address, contact us at info@canyoumakethelogobigger.co. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellation or Modification:
To modify an order, email us at info@canyoumakethelogobigger.co. Changes can only be processed before the order is shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your 14-day cancellation right (see Section 5).
Order Annulment:
We reserve the right to annul orders without obligation for compensation in cases of:
- Payment errors on blindaps.nl.
- Unverifiable or incorrect payment information.
- Suspected bad faith or criminal activity.
In case of annulment, any payment made will be refunded without additional cost.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT but excluding shipping costs. Prices are updated regularly and are subject to change. However, changes will not affect accepted orders.
Payment Processing:
The payment amount will be withdrawn only after the order has been processed and dispatched. Payment is managed securely by Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. Only Shopify Payments has access to payment data.
3. Availability
All listed products are generally in stock. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified via email, and any payment processed will be refunded.
4. Delivery and Shipment
General Shipment:
We ship daily and strive to process orders swiftly. You will be informed once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery:
We ship to all EU countries. For non-EU deliveries, please contact us for a special request and estimated shipping costs.
Delivery Times:
Delivery timeframes depend on the destination:
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process. By completing the order and making payment, you agree to the associated shipping costs.
Receipt of Delivery:
Check the package thoroughly before accepting. Once accepted, the risk for the products transfers to you.
5. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after delivery, provided the product is undamaged, unmarked, and in its original condition.
Period Details:
- The 14-day period begins the day after delivery and upon receipt of information about cancellation rights.
- The period extends up to three months if the information on cancellation rights is not provided at delivery.
Exercise of Rights:
- To cancel, return the product before the 14-day period expires. We recommend obtaining proof of shipment from the courier for verification purposes.
- Enclose the provided return form with your package.
Return Costs:
Return shipment costs are borne by you unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds:
Full purchase price and initial shipping costs will be refunded once we receive the returned items. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

6. Defective Products
For defective products or damages during shipment, contact us immediately with detailed information about the issue. If accepted, we will refund the purchase price and all associated shipping costs. Allow up to 2 weeks for the refund.
7. Notice of Lack of Conformity
You can notify us of a product's non-conformity within 24 months from the purchase date. Notify us within two months of discovering the issue. This right may expire earlier if the product was not expected to last two years or has worn out from normal use.

8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes involving blindaps.nl are subject to Danish law and will be resolved in Danish courts, unless mandated otherwise by law.
9. Privacy Policy
We protect your personal data with the utmost care. No payment information is stored in our database for security reasons. Personal data collected is only used for providing the best possible service and will not be sold or used for other purposes.
